This is it. I found my new go-to. The prices were reasonable from the start. Then I interacted with the man whose name I neglected to ask. He was SO lovely and was even more kind when I told him this was a treat for my mom’s birthday. And then we tried the food. Holy shit. Perfectly spicy. Fresh ingredients. Tortilla chips they fried themselves (which were free). Generous portions. I would’ve been happy if it was average but this is definitely the best taco truck I’ve tried in town. Probably anywhere. Do yourself a favor, don’t miss it.

We had La Esquisita cater our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The tacos and agua fresca were so delicious our guests are still talking about the food weeks later (and they’re San Diegoans so they’re picky!). Francisco is the absolute best, kindest owner. We could not recommend them more.

This taco truck in Santa Rosa's got all the Mexican food you 'd expect and at a decent price too. Everything was seasoned right and salsa is really important to me and that was good too. You should give em a shot.

Ok, this is the best Mexican Tacos in Santa Rosa hands down! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Tacos and burgers are so flavorful. Definitely will be going back again!!

We are from Napa and a local recommended this place. The carne asada tacos are delicious! My 6 year old devoured his shrimp tacos and said that "they were the best in the world" =). Definitely mom and kid approved. The guy was also so very kind. Wonderful customer service and food!

The food here is so delicious. The owner and the whole family is just so friendly and it makes you want to come back. Tortas and tacos are a must try! Top of the line torta super well served! Love their agua de fresa!

We came for the Huaraches with carnitas and were not disappointed. Hands down the best we've ever had. Crispy, juicy carnitas, a flavorful freshed fried corn base, fresh toppings and delicious spicy salsa on the side.
